How much do sessions cost? How long are appointments?

The self-pay rate for an intake session is $120. The self-pay rate for followup appointments is $110. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. If you would like to discuss sliding scale with me further, please reach out!

Intake appointments typically take 50-60 minutes, and followup appointments are about 50 minutes long. I am happy to offer longer appointments at an adjusted rate if you believe this would better suit your needs.

Do you take insurance?

I am not in-network insurances at this time; all sessions are self-pay. I can provide you with a superbill for services rendered. A superbill is an itemized list of services and costs you have paid. It can be submitted to your insurance as an out-of-network claim for reimbursement.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

I do not offer evening or weekend appointments. My most up-to-date availability can be found in the “Book Online” tab. Right now, I work 3PM to 6PM Monday through Wednesday and 9AM to 2PM on Thursdays.

What is your after school availability?

In order to meet the ongoing need for after school appointment times, many of my appointments are in the 3PM to 6PM window.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to your session are billed at my self-pay session rate ($110). No shows are also billed at that rate. Please notify me as soon as possible about cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid this charge.

How do I get started?

If you are ready to book an intake session, click the “Book Now” button to select a time. Intake paperwork will be emailed to you to complete prior to your first appointment.

If you want to have a phone consultation with me prior to booking an intake session OR if you have other questions, please complete this form and I will reach out to you to discuss details further. I try to respond to contacts within 48 hours.

How soon can you get me/my child in for an intake appointment?

At this time, I have immediate availability! The easiest way to see my most up-to-date appointment times is via the Book Now button above!
